Last Horse

Last Horse, a real live Native American Indian, had very little to do with the development of filmmaking. His debut, and seemingly only film appearance, was in 1894, when the inventor Thomas Edison had him perform an Indian Buffalo dance for a Kinetoscope film. Last Horse performed along with two other Indian performers, Hair Coat and Parts His Hair. Otherwise, little is known about him.
