Jesse Wallace Jr was born on September 3, 1987. His mother Charmaine Friloux was a teacher and social worker, born and raised in Ama, LA. His father, Jesse Wallace Sr., was a native of New Orleans, LA a chef and restaurant manager.
He earned a BA in Drama from Southern University A&M a popular HBCU in 2010. At Southern University A&M he president of the Theatre Club "The Lacumba Players". Together with his classmates they put on a production for Hurricane Katrina. His teacher suggested he should take up acting.
Wallace started his acting career in theatre, acting in performances on campus in college He started doing extra work and independent shorts to build a resume.
In 2018 Wallace started his own film company Sky is Life Productions where they have produced numerous of projects, like "Death Do Us Part", "Camillé Vol.1" & "The Jesse Show".
