DeVon Lamont, born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, is a rising talent in the world of acting and filmmaking. With a musical upbringing, thanks to his mother Valerie Thomas, DeVon's passion for performance quickly blossomed into a love for acting. His film debut in the upcoming feature "Someday" is eagerly anticipated as it prepares to hit the film festival circuit.
To enhance his craft, DeVon has dedicated himself to studying Meisner Technique and script analysis at the esteemed Houde School of Acting, under the guidance of instructor Jessica Houde-Morris. He gained valuable stage experience with notable roles at the Cleveland Playhouse Theatre, including Goodman "Goody" King in "Fame the Musical" and Checkers Clark in "Bubbling Brown Sugar." His theatrical journey extended to various Ohio venues, including the Deyor Performing Arts Center and the historic Karamu House.
DeVon's passion for storytelling extends beyond acting, as he holds a Bachelor's degree in Digital Cinematography from Full Sail University. With a diverse skill set in acting, writing, and producing, he possesses a keen eye for capturing captivating visuals and weaving compelling narratives on screen.
