Amy Elizabeth Blackburn (maiden name Gabhart) was born in Louisville, KY. After moving around a couple times, she graduated from George Rogers Clark High School in Winchester, KY. She attended Western Kentucky University and graduated with a BA in Speech Communications.
She is a certified Life Coach. Between performances, Amy still provides coaching services for her clients.
After spending most of her career in Sales Management, Amy decided to pursue her dream of acting in 2019. Her first role was on the stage for the Bluegrass Theatre Guild, a local community theater in Frankfort, KY. Since then she's worked in front of the camera in film, print advertising, commercial and new media.
She resides in Kentucky with her husband, John. They have 2 children, Tanner and Taylor along with their dogs.
