Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (Habitat LA) raised $925,000 to help fuel the organization’s efforts to build and preserve affordable housing during the 2023 Los Angeles Builders Ball Presented by City National Bank, the organization’s largest annual fundraiser, on Wednesday, March 8 at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.
Aptly themed “Rise Up,” the annual ‘party-with-a-purpose’ featured red carpet arrivals, a spirited live auction and exciting live entertainment by Award-winning singer, songwriter and actress, Andra Day.

Digital-first studio Brat TV, which is behind Gen Z hits like Chicken Girls and Attaway General, is celebrating itself with an inaugural awards show.
The Brat TV Awards will premiere on Dec. 1 on the company’s YouTube channel, hosted by dancer and actress Elliana Whalmsley and anti-bullying fashion designer Kheris Rogers, with appearances from the studio’s top stars, including Hayley Leblanc, Txunamy Ortiz, and Brooklyn Queen.

Gen Z studio Brat TV has announced that the seventh season of “Chicken Girls” will release on Sept. 1, featuring brand new cast members.
The updated cast will be led by 11-year-old Hayley LeBlanc, who is following in the footsteps of her older sister Annie, the previous star of the series. Also joining the cast is Kheris Rogers; an actress and singer, Enzo Lopez; the younger brother of TikTok phenomenon Addison Rae; “Dance Moms” alum Elliana Walmsley and dancer and actor Aiden Prince.
Txunamy Ortiz, Coco Quinn, Corinne Joy, Liam-Alexander Newman, Skyler Aboujaoude and Matteo Gallegos round out the new additions. Original cast members Annie LeBlanc and Hayden Summerall will appear occasionally throughout the new season.
“Coming off our best quarter yet, we couldn’t be more excited to introduce a new generation of Chicken Girls – which, for millions of Gen Z viewers, has become a household name,” Brat TV co-founder Rob Fishman said.
