Tiffany Campbell is an award winning independent filmmaker, screenwriter & author born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. As a young girl, Tiffany has always been inspired by visual story telling, through television shows like Family Matters and Fresh Prince, to tell authentic stories that spoke to her generation. She got her start crafting her first story at the age of 8, writing her first book at the age of 12 and writing and directing her first screenplay at the age of 17. After a hiatus, she picked up her love for the visual arts in 2017 and released her first short, Toxic, in 2020 which amassed nearly 370,000 views and counting.
Tiffany is known for effortlessly translating her faith in a relatable way through love, humor & relational connection. With watching and reading her work, her audience has the ability to see themselves in her well developed characters while also taking away valuable lessons.
Since 2020, Tiffany has written and produced a 7 episodic web series, 4 short films and has gotten her 3 novels in Malik Books in Los Angeles. Her most recent short, THIRTY, premiered at the legendary Miracle Theater in Inglewood in front of a full house, receiving a standing ovation. THIRTY also was accepted into 6 film festivals in 2023 including, Essence Film Festival and Afrikana Film Fest and won Best Romantic Comedy in the Indie Short Festival.
Tiffany is based in Los Angeles, CA where she can be found learning more about God, building a supportive community of creatives and working on her first feature film as well as developing her first pilot for television. With God at the forefront, she plans to inspire and impact many young black filmmakers to go after their God-given visions without compromising their integrity.
