Tim White(LXI)

Tim is a UK based composer, musician and producer from Nottingham.
In recognition of the impact music and sound can have on a project, Tim's aim is to always provide the best possible sound content for each individual project; delivered with the highest production values to enhance and accompany great visuals or audio content.
Starting out on the trumpet at 9 years old he quickly picked up the piano (at 11) and the guitar (13) and has always been proficient on the drums. As well as studying for Royal School of Music grades he also attended the Nottinghamshire Schools of Music and played in the symphonic wind band, jazz bands and the youth orchestra and was also a member of the Nottinghamshire Drum and Bugle Corp.
'I'm going to be a Rock Star' was the dream and adulthood saw Tim play keys in a variety of bands (most noticeably: Show me Heaven, Crying Out Loud and the punk band 'The Sex Toys'), performed on several sessions and started to write music for films, TV and radio ads before doing something grown up and becoming a Quantity Surveyor. Tim still run's his QS practice 'Shard Associates' but formed his media company '1924 Media' in 2011.
Since returning to composing Tim has enjoyed his works being broadcast on the BBC, ITV and Sky plus many other outlets throughout the World. More recently Tim has worked with David Hemingway on tracks for SYCO (programming and producing) and continues to write music for the media.
