Narcis Eduard Constantinescu (born September, 1993) is a Romanian film director, film producer, screenwriter and graphic artist. Made his feature film debut with the 2019 adaptation Pisica Verde, based on an award winning theatrical play by Elise Wilk.
Founder of the Timisoara Film Society Asociation along with Ovidiu Roteliuc and Bogdan Patruica.
