Nick Mercer was born in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, and trained at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama. In addition to screen work, as a voice artist he has worked extensively for BBC Radio both as an actor and presenter, narrated many audio books and voiced multiple characters in TV animation work.
