Huebscher's versatile and enlightened approach to filmmaking has made him a leading cinematography talent in both film and television. A Minnesota native, Andrew draws on his experience growing up gay in suburban America in order to show diverse perspectives, deepen narratives, and push aesthetic boundaries across all genres. His career began in high school, where he produced/directed public access TV, and interned on the set of Joel Hodgson's cult classic Mystery Science Theater 3000 (1988). He later studied film and television production at the University of Southern California, earning AICP and American Society of Cinematographer's Heritage Awards for his short form work.
