- Sebastian Nigel Singh started his acting career as an infant, landing his first role with the Mastermind Toys brand. Notably, at the age of one, he was featured on television during the Ontario Science Centre's Science of Music presentation, showcased on CP 24 and CityTV, where he played the drums. Early in his career, Sebastian appeared in a short film titled "More than Just...Mothers" by Mackie Rich, Valentyn Korotkevych's "Silent", and the music video for "Feel Like A Failure" by Shy Kids. He also secured commercial spots for the Ministry of Health with BBDO and Greenfield Meats.
Sebastian's talent led him to roles in several films and TV projects, including "The Handmaid's Tale", before he and his twin sister were cast in CBC's "Circle C". Under the representation of his new agent, Annie Oakes from Glickman Alexander, Sebastian landed a role on "Suits". Following that, he collaborated with his father, filmmaker Ryan Singh, to write, produce, and star in the short film "H.E.N.R.I.", which was screened at over 40 festivals across five continents, winning more than 12 awards and received numerous accolades.
He took on the lead role in the PSA spots "SickKids Mom VS Harddays" and "SickKids Dad vs Harddays", portraying a child battling illness, a role he reprised for "SickKids vs Be The Light". Subsequently, Sebastian played Jacob in the Lifetime TV Movie "Left for Dead: The Ashley Reeves Story", directed by Gloria Kim, and secured the role of Young Michael in Clement Virgo's critically acclaimed film "Brother".
