In 1965, The Beatles earned their first Grammy nomination for Record of the Year with their hit “I Wanna Hold Your Hand.” Now, 60 years later, the Fab Four have once again secured a nomination in the same category, this time for their historic comeback-and-farewell single from last year, “Now and Then.”
That’s right — alongside releases by the likes of Beyoncé, Charli Xcx, Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar, and more, The Beatles and their “last song” have been nominated for Record of the Year at the 67th Annual Grammy Awards, which will take place on February 2nd, 2025. It was also nominated for Best Rock Performance.
With these nods, the band now has a career total of 25 competitive Grammy nominations. If they take home the award for Record of the Year, it’ll not only bump up their total number of competitive Grammy wins to eight, but it will (amazingly) mark the very...

Bob Dylan is one of the most accomplished living musicians, but Joan Baez said he still deals with stage fright. According to Baez, though, Dylan’s pre-show jitters manifested differently than in most musicians. Baez explained that while Dylan didn’t seem bothered by an impending show, he would eventually lash out in such an outsized manner that she could only describe it as a tantrum. She said that Dylan also didn’t like when she called him out on this. Still, she did, proving that she was an important figure in his life.

But at the last minute, the “Power” rapper decided to use his verse for his own music.

Shooter McGavin from the Adam Sandler flick "Happy Gilmore" might just be Christopher McDonald's most memorable character. If nothing else, he's certainly the most quotable. Fittingly we have McDonald's performance in a golf tournament to thank for that. This is Shooter's tour, after all.
It's probably because "Happy Gilmore" is a sports comedy, but quite frankly, Shooter McGavin doesn't get enough credit as a great all-time villain. The stickler for golf etiquette disparages his own fans, insults his fellow golfers, pouts when he loses, fires air pistols in the most annoying way, and worst of all kicks old ladies out of their homes. Well, at least one that we know of (Happy's grandmother) but we certainly wouldn't put it past him to discover there are others.
The point is, McGavin deserves to be on any respectable top movie villain list. According to a 2016 fan vote through Barstool Sports,...
