Andrew Ilitchev was born in Moscow and raised in New York City where he
studied English Literature and Dramatic writing at Columbia University.
Subsequent his work on a documentary film "Dreams of Sparrows" an
acclaimed documentary on the war in Iraq Andrew relocated to Los
Angeles.
He worked as a screenwriter with James Franco, Jim Sheridan, Jack Huston, Relativity Media.
In 2011 he moved to Moscow and was the managing partner of Russia's leading media company Rambler&co where he built the largest online movie ticketing service in the market, spearheading many innovations in digital solutions, including his own patented technology Live Ticket.
From 2017 to 2018 he was Marketing Director of Universal Pictures Russia and oversaw Russian marketing campaigns for such films as The Darkest Hour, Fifty Shades Freed, American Made, Snowman, Lady Bird, Pacific Rim Uprising, The Post, Loosing Weight, Skyscraper and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
