Graduated from the University of Notre Dame in May 2008 with a B.A. in Film, Television, & Theatre and double majored in Art Studio with a concentration in Oil Painting.
Formerly owned the Minnesota Harvest Apple Orchard in Jordan, Minnesota with her sister, Austin, where there is an apple named after her: the London Apple.
