Yves Heck

Yves Heck is a French actor who was born and grew up in Namur (Belgium) where he started drama school when he was 14. After a first professional theatre production, he moved to Paris at the age of 19 to attend Niels Arestrup's drama school, « Théâtre-École du passage ». Yves speaks English fluently and started his international career, with a strong theatre and contemporary dance background, portraying Cole Porter in Woody Allen's Midnight in Paris (2011).
Since then, most notably, Yves has worked on Things to Come (2016), which starred Isabelle Huppert, for which director Mia Hansen-Løve won the Berlin Silver Bear for Best Director, in the winner of 44 international awards, Robin Campillo movie, 120 BPM (2017), in The White Crow (2018), directed by Ralph Fiennes, and in La Syndicaliste (2022), directed by Jean-Paul Salomé, which also starred Isabelle Huppert.
In 2024, Yves appears in 3 major Apple TV+ series, Masters of the Air (2024), directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga, The New Look (2024), directed by Jeremy Podeswa and Franklin (2024) which starred Michael Douglas, directed by Timothy Van Patten.
