Pablo Berti (Uruguay, 1973). Photographer and camera operator with over 20 years experience in film, documentary, television, advertising and contemporary art productions; in 16mm and 35mm film as well as digital. He has worked in feature films such as Frida (2002); Maria Full of Grace (2004); Blindness (2008); The Legend of Zorro (2005); and with film directors Alberto Cortés, Pablo Stoll, Álvaro Brechner, Rodrigo Plá, among others; as well as with photographers like María Secco, Arauco Hernández Holz, Pedro Luque and Galo Olivares. He studied in the Uruguay Film School (ECU) and furthered his education in Germany, New York and Mexico, where he lives since 2001. He enjoys productions of conceptual, aesthetic and technical complexities that allow him to develop new skills and knowledge that he can contribute to teamwork on sets and locations.
