Eva DeVirgilis was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She is an Actress, Writer, and Makeup Artist known for her female forward empowerment and activism that she expresses through her comedy and multi-character shows. She is married to actor and Chief Petty Officer Scott Wichmann.
