The horror/comedy Zombae is headed to DVD and On Demand services next month, courtesy of Indican Pictures, and we have the exclusive trailer premiere!

"What is a woman to do in the current dating climate? When a suburban housewife discovers that her husband has become a zombie with an appetite for human flesh, she must decide whether to stay in the marriage or wade into the dating pool. As she dips her toe in, she soon finds that the men out there are even worse than her zombie husband! With a little help from her best friend, she decides to make it work - no matter what."

From director Greg Zekowski, Zombae stars Ian Alda, Marieh Delfino, Gina Hecht, Gabe Greenspan, and Clint Carmichael.

Ian Alda, Sonny Valicenti, Ben Feldman, Rob Morrow, Rama Vallury and Eva Victor have been announced as cast members in “Super Pumped: The Battle for Uber,” which premieres on Showtime Feb. 27 at 10 p.m.

They join previously announced stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Kyle Chandler and Uma Thurman in the series, which will follow the highs and lows of Silicon Valley life through Uber’s beginnings as a company.

Alda will play Peter Fenton, a young partner at venture capital firm Benchmark. His previous credits include “Silicon Valley,” “Grey’s Anatomy,” and “Impeachment: American Crime Story.” He is repped by Stewart Talent and Station Three Management.

Valicenti plays young Benchmark partner Matt Cohler. He starred as serial killer Dennis Rader in “Mindhunter” and has also appeared in “Your Honor,” “The Post” and “Office Christmas Party.” Up next, he will appear in Marilyn Monroe biopic “Blonde.” Valicenti is repped by Stewart Talent.

In his award-winning Incident on Highway 73, director Brian Thompson takes us to the proverbial middle of nowhere alongside a couple who go missing on Christmas Eve 2005 after taking a road trip through the desert only to encounter some sinister forces on their travels.

Written by Michael Kirk, the Incident on Highway 73 short film stars Ian Alda and Elizabeth Schmidt as the doomed couple. It is still making the festival rounds six months after its premiere at La's Screamfest last fall. Dread Central recently caught up with Thompson to discuss his stellar sci-fi/horror short in honor of Indie Horror Month and heard more from the rising filmmaker about what inspired his story, the challenges of shooting in the desert and much more.

Dread Central: Can you tell us about how you came up with the story for Incident on Highway 73 and what inspired some of the horror...

Former Ghost House Pictures executive Michael Kirk partnered with award-winning music video director Brian Thompson on the new sci-fi thriller Incident on Highway 73, which is having its world premiere this Friday, October 19th, at Screamfest L.A.

Incident on Highway 73 recounts the harrowing final hours of a newly engaged couple who mysteriously disappear while driving through the desert on Christmas Eve, 2005. Michael Kirk (co-producer of The Grudge and The Grudge 2) and Brian Thompson shared producing duties with Kirk writing and Thompson directing the tension-filled 26-minute short. The film stars Elizabeth Schmidt and Ian Alda (Alan Alda's nephew); it was lensed by Jason Hafer and edited by Dave Gallegos. Robert Borer, Kathleen St. Peter, and Jeff Beard served as executive producers.

Jonathan Bennett, Lainie Kazan, Elliott Gould, Richard Kind, Ian Alda, Keith Robinson, Andrea Bowen, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, and Nadia Bjorlinto have joined the cast of the romantic comedy "Divorce Invitation".

Indian director S.V. Krishna Reddy helms the story of a happily married man who runs into his high school sweetheart and soul mate. One catch - he signed an iron-clad pre-nup and his wife won't let him get a divorce. Shooting will commence this month in Los Angeles.

Adam Scott will play the leading role in Stuart Zicherman's indie comedy "A.C.O.D." which will begin shooting in March.
