Aaron Fernandez is a Mexican filmmaker. He has worked as a
screenwriter, director and producer in several projects for cinema and
TV. He is also script consultant and professor. He actually lives in
São Paulo, but works between Mexico and Brazil. He directed four short
films and several Ad films previous to his debut feature film "Partes
usadas" (Used Parts) 2007, which premiered 40 festivals round the globe
and won several prizes. In 2013 he directed the first five episodes of
the TV series "Alguien mas" coproduction between Canal 11 and Canana
Films starring Ana Serradilla and Fernando Álvarez. His second film
"Las horas muertas" (The Empty Hours) 2013, has just been completed and
won the Prize for Best Artistic Contribution in the Tokyo Film
Festival, and the Best Actress Prize for Adriana Paz and Special Jury
