James Andrew Walsh is a Cannes Silver Lion award winning actor, writer, director, and producer, known for "Murder at the Breakers", "The Extinction of Fireflies", "Jimmy and Carolyn", and "Oscar Wilde About America". In addition to multiple regional and Broadway tour theatre credits, James has acted in supporting film and episodic network TV roles in Closure (2018), Bull (2019), The Family (2016), Taxi Brooklyn (2014), Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (1999), Castle (2009) and Law & Order: Criminal Intent (2001). James directed the award-winning immersive theatre piece "As Much As I Can" at the Public Theater in NYC. He is the Grand Prize recipient at the Rhode Island Film Festival for his teleplay, "The Gods of Newport".
