Faye Hoerauf

Faye Marie Hoerauf grew up on an apple orchard in Wenatchee, Washington, though she is not, in fact, an apple. She began her directing career at the age of 10, when she wrote and directed an acclaimed musical presentation on the American Revolution for her 5th grade history class. After reluctantly turning 18, she traveled to Tacoma, Washington to attend the University of Puget Sound, where she ate many bagel sandwiches and graduated with a degree in Creative Writing. It was also there that she met and joined forces with Jessica Baxter to form Tangent Productions in 2000. Since then, the two have been steadily collaborating on film, theatre and craft projects.
