Cornelius Wilson Was born March 9, 1987 in Memphis, Tennessee. Considered to be a southern gentleman, he is also a young mogul making his way within the entertainment industry working as a writer, producer, director, and talent manager.
His witty personality stems from the TV shows he admired as a child. At 8 yrs old, imitating characters from Family Matters, Martin, Waynes Bros, and Mad TV, began his love for acting. In high school, Cornelius was recruited into his schools performing arts club. Here is where art became a sense of expression for him utilizing dance, acting, and modeling to be all that he could be.
Today, Cornelius is an Imaginative, well-versed professional who graduated from The Los Angeles Film School in Hollywood, CA with a degree Film Production/Directing. Wilson was initially inspired by John Singleton while on the set of Hustle & Flow. Off camera, Singleton said to Cornelius, "if you want to be a great actor, learn to write and direct some of your own material." These words opened Cornelius' 3rd eye. After studying Screenwriting at Cal State Univ. Northridge, Wilson took an original screenplay of his own into pre-production... The Trillion Dollar Baby - Seeking answers about the identity of his biological father, Melvin comes face to face with his mother's mental illness, schizophrenia, having to admit her into a psychiatric hospital for her violent behaviors and belief of his father being a Hip-Hop Super Star.
While indulged in the creativity of film-making, during Spring 2015, Cornelius launched CW Talent Management CO, an artist management house representing actors, musicians, composers, and models, helping talent transition and/or advance to the next level of their career. Cornelius offers tons and tons of energy to his work accompanied by his knowledge, experience, and skills of diplomacy, management, team leadership, and great business insight.
