Gopi Sait

Gopi Sait moved to New York City from Mumbai, India in the early 80's and began studying the cinema arts at the New York University. After graduating, he began his film and television career as an assistant on feature films then growing into a production manager and as a post-production Supervisor, working as a technical adviser for a renowned film company Moviola Digital, where he developed his skill in providing complete support over the post editorial process of the film, from picture editing to full sound mix through delivery for more than 35 feature films on the East Coast.

He then moved onto Virtual Media Communications, a premiere Avid media Technilogy reseller company and as a technical director of engineering in providing a full systems; design, integration and support solutions for finishing Feature Films & Television Programming to such reputed companies as Miramax, Fine Line Features, Artisan, Hbo and shooting gallery, etc. and he then later was offered a fantastic opportunity to spearhead the Major League Baseball's Television Division for 4 seasons helping create and finish over 300 hours of content for Fox, Warner Bros Television, Espn, Yes network and Hbo Sports.

Over these 17 years working in the industry, Gopi has built strong working relationships with various Writers, Directors, Producers, in Sales and Distribution. He has presently transitioned into feature film development and production, working with various Screenwriters and Directors on his own projects. He's presently in development for 2 feature length films both based on highly acclaimed novels which have sold millions of copies and which have gone on to be best sellers list in NY Times, LA Times, London Times, etc and have won awards and have been shortlisted for various acclaimed awards such as Pen/Faulkner and Pen Hemingway prizes.

Gopi lives in NYC and Mumbai and has setup his own production house in New York City called "Mulberry Films".
