Frank Miranda was raised in Turlock, California. During High School
Frank decided to venture in performing Arts; Stage Productions. After
touring southern California and performing in various venues such as La
Mirada Performing Arts Center. Frank has progressed to independent
films, and continues to expand and explore his artistic endeavors
project to project.
