Not only did The Kardashians drop big news about the premiere date and new teaser, but now North West also ramped up fans. In the grand style of Kim Kardashian and Kayne West, their daughter, North shocks a huge audience with the reveal of her big news.

Although it was a joint account between Kim and North, Kanye believed it wasn’t good for her to be on the social media platform at such an early age. But Kim felt it was a creative outlet for North to make videos while she supervised. However, there was backlash for the content of some of her videos not being age-appropriate. Additionally, there have been rifts with North preferring to stay with Kanye. At one point,...

Ending the year in signs is the hilarious, adventurous, sharp-tongued era of Sagittarius.
There’s truly nothing like them. They are quirky, mysterious and full of life. While they naturally grab the attention in the room, they feel most comfortable when they’re in their lonesome.
Sagittarius is the jack-of-trades sign; the sign that takes up space in every all industries — whether they be an actor, comedian or a bus driver — their versatility allows them to do it all. And that flexibility helps fuel their “I’ll try anything once” mindset. To them, what is life if you’re not living it to your fullest? The only thing you have to beware of is their slick mouth. Between Sagittarius, Virgo and Aries it’s hard to tell which sign is more brutally honest. Truly, to know Sagittarius is to love them. And if you don’t love…it doesn’t...

Burt Bacharach, the singularly gifted and popular composer and Oscar winner who delighted millions with the quirky arrangements and unforgettable melodies of Walk on By, Do You Know the Way to San Jose and dozens of other hits, has died at 94.
Bacharach died Wednesday at home in Los Angeles of natural causes, publicist Tina Brausam said Thursday.
Over the past 70 years, only Lennon-McCartney, Carole King and a handful of others rivalled his genius for instantly catchy songs that remained performed, played and hummed long after they were written. He had a run of top 10 hits from the 1950s into the 21st century, and his music was heard everywhere from movie soundtracks and radios to home stereo systems and iPods, whether Alfie and I Say a Little Prayer or I’ll Never Fall in Love Again and This Guy’s in Love with You.

There’s no instruction manual for the rap industry. A streaming marketplace flooded with music means it takes more than ever for an artist to stand out from the pack, and figuring out how to improve on your craft and navigate the business end at the same time leaves many rappers scrambling for answers. And in some cases, it leaves artists susceptible to scammers and promoters peddling false promises of easy fame.
Mickey Factz wants to change all that. He’s spent the last 15 years building his own career from the ground up.

In the parking lot of Anderson Memorial Park in Carson, California, just south of Compton and north of Long Beach, Ab-Soul chain-smokes Newports and speaks gently. We’re close to the houses he grew up in alongside his mother, aunts, and paternal grandparents. “I kinda like to call it the ghetto suburb,” the rapper, 35, says from the open back seat of a Tesla SUV. “Because it is a suburb, but it’s got all the other stuff, too.” And yet, as is typical of neighborhoods in the southern half of the county,...

Aaron Carter’s final album will be released on Nov. 6.
The late rapper, who unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, recently completed what is now his final album, Blacklisted. Though the project was originally slated to be released on Dec. 7, which would have been Carter’s 35th birthday, the album’s producers, Morgan Matthews and John Wyatt Johnson, have decided to release the independent album sooner, to honour the late musician.
Blacklisted, which marks Carter’s first album in six years, was recorded over a 12-month period, beginning last November, the same month Carter welcomed his son Prince with ex, Melanie Martin.

My Obsession is a regular column in which our favorite musicians show off their nonmusical passions.
Twista is a people pleaser. He loves to give that “whoa!” factor when he performs; just look at the speed-rapping skills that once earned him a place in the Guinness World Records, not to mention a gold-certified hit with 2004’s “Overnight Celebrity.” Years before either achievement, the Chicago native found a passion for ventriloquism — and lately he’s rediscovered that spark.

Spoiler Alert: Do not read ahead if you have not watched Season 5, Episode 12 of “The Masked Singer,” which aired May 19 on Fox.
In the end, perhaps it was Omarion’s previous career as a professional rollerblader that gave him away. Omarion was the latest celebrity to be revealed on “The Masked Singer,” during Wednesday night’s semifinals episode. (Scroll down to watch his unmasking.)
Omarion was the Yeti, whose skill rollerblading on stage while singing under a heavy costume had impressed the show’s panelists.
“I was able to reveal my hidden talent, which is rollerblading,” the singer told Variety. “A lot of people don’t know, early on before I was a musician, I was a professional rollerblader… I really attribute that aspect in my life to being a fearless kid. I was on the 12 foot halfpipe. So it was really cool to show my music and my hidden talent at the same time.

The Yeti could make history on “The Masked Singer” be becoming the first Wild Card to win. He landed his slot in the semifinal on May 19 with his change-of-pace performance of “Bless the Broken Road” by Rascal Flatts on last week’s quarterfinal. Prior to this turn at the mike, the Yeti had won over the four judges with his rapping skills.
The Yeti is the only one of the four Wild Cards to make it this far in the competition. The judges chose him over another Wild Card, Orca, who turned out to be Mark McGrath. The Yeti returned the next week and wowed again with his version of “Lonely” by Justin Bieber and Benny Blanco. Most notably, the crowd contained Dionne Warwick, the Entertainer of the Year honoree, who had released the Burt Bacharach–Hal David composition “A House Is Not a Home” as a single 24 years before.

At this point, you've probably seen something on social media about the Lovers & Friends festival, scheduled for May 9 in Los Angeles. A slew of artist accusations and conflicting info has led to the festival being dubbed Fyre Fest 2.0, but in reality, the drama is actually a lot less complicated and messy than that.
The drama started after the festival's flyer was posted on Instagram, featuring a lineup of R&b, rap, and hip-hop artists for a festival that promises tons of '90s and '00s nostalgia. While some of the headliners, including Usher and Lauryn Hill, shared the announcement on their own social media, other artists in the lineup had a very different reaction. Lil' Kim shared the post on her Instagram stories with the caption, "This is So Fake! I am not a part of this." The story is no longer visible, but it was screencapped and shared widely,...

The U.S. festival landscape is wildly oversaturated, but Lovers & Friends, a new event announced this week by the major promotions company Goldenvoice, stands out.
