- Fernando Zamora was born in Boston, U.S., but lived since he was very young in Mexico City. When he was 15, he moved to New York where he studied film writing at Columbia University. He is also Anthropologist and Art Historian. He has written two successful novels published under Random-House Mondadory: Triangulo de amor y Muerte and Por debajo del agua. Por debajo del agua was originally a script he wrote and was honored at the 1999 Writers Sundance Film Festival in Oaxaca, Mexico.
