- Originally an eight-piece band from Birmingham, West Midlands in the United Kingdom. Its members included Ali Campbell on lead vocals and guitar; Robin Campbell on guitar and supporting vocals; Astro on percussion, trombones and supporting vocals; Brian Travers on saxophone, Jim Brown on drums; Michael Virtue on keyboards; Norman Hassan on percussion and Earl Falconer on bass guitar. Duncan Campbell would eventually replace brother Ali Campbell as lead vocalist as a result of Ali leaving the group in 2008.
