Mir Tawseef

Tawseef Ahmad Mir was born in Srinagar to a middle-class family. He moved to Delhi for his graduation, and it was there that his striking good looks and personality were noticed, leading him to receive offers for modeling. He soon began doing commercials for major brands, such as Parle, Hilton, Manforce, Cinthol, and Raymonds.Mir also modeled for several prominent Indian designers, including Sabyasachi and Manish Malhotra. While in Delhi, a friend encouraged him to audition for a film by National Award-winning filmmaker Onir titled We Are Faheem & Karun, set in Kashmir. After being selected, he shifted his base to Mumbai. His debut film We Are Faheem & Karun premiered at the prestigious Dharamshala International Film Festival in November 2024, where he plays the lead character, Faheem, a college student.To prepare for his debut, Tawseef also assisted Onir on films like Pine Cone and My Melbourne
