GOH Ming Siu is an award-winning filmmaker who graduated from Northwestern University (Illinois, USA). He has over 20 years' experience in Singapore's film and television industry. He is also an alum of the NAFF (Network of Asian Fantastic Films) Fantastic Film School (2020). With Scott C. Hillyard, he founded Monkey & Boar, and their first feature film Repossession (2019) has won awards internationally and is distributed in North America. Their remotely-made pandemic short film The Shape of You has also played the international festival circuit and won several awards. Their second feature film project The River Always Flows was selected for the 2020 Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival's (BIFAN) NAFF It Project Market. Upcoming project Pontianaks in Taiwan won three awards at the 2024 Taiwan Creative Content Festival (TCCF) Pitching Conference, and is in development.
