Damon has been working in TV/Film as an actor since 1996 and has been a UBCP/Actra member since 1998.
During his career, Damon has enjoyed a variety of unique character roles that reflect some of his incredible life experiences.
Recent film credits include The Regina Smith Story, Snowy With a Chance of Christmas, Death in the Cul-De-Sac, Two Chefs and a Wedding Cake and Been There All Along.
On stage, Damon appeared this summer in Much Ado About Nothing as Friar Francis, and previously in Cabaret as Max and in Eurydice in the role of the Father.
As an Emcee/ Host, Damon is well known for his quick connection to the audience, upbeat warmth and reliable wit.
In 2021 Damon opened EMC Studios to offer a resource for people to explore their potential as actors, performers and citizens.
Damon received his initial acting education at Gastown Actors Studio, where he trained with many notable instructors; Mel Tuck, Hiro Kanagawa, Kate Twa, Trish Allen, Andrew Olewine, Sonia Norris and Keith Johnstone. Since then he has studied with Karen Kohlhaas and Gina Nemo/ Ash Adams and the continued journey of life.
Damon enjoys many sports, winter activities, guitar and singing and continues to expand himself as a human and as an artist and performer.
