Flynn Genders is an aspiring Australian filmmaker and director, who has lived most of his life in Jakarta, Indonesia. Flynn has experience working in a special fx company, JMB FX Australia. He has worked on multiple feature films in the special fx makeup department, where he has plenty of experience on set and in the FX workshop. Flynn was a prosthetic assistant on Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (2024) and a lab technician for the alien costumes in The Fall Guy (2024).
Flynn is also a former student from SAE Indonesia, where he studied for a bachelor's in film production. Flynn has been involved in various short films and has collaborated with many other young filmmakers in Jakarta. Flynn is also a film director, where he has directed a number of short films, his most recent short being Lovebite (2023), a drama horror shot in Jakarta Indonesia which stars Carrissa Perusset, Ravil Prasetya and Vonny Anggraini.
Flynn also is involved in the music community, he plays the guitar and bass in a Band in Jakarta and also writes the soundtracks for the films he directs.
