Boniechia James

Boniechia James was born and raised in Cleveland Ohio. In 2001 she relocated to Huntsville Alabama. Shortly after, she joined a duo hip-hop group "Shekina n Glory" where she traveled and shared the stage with various artists all over. In 2017 they released their freshman album which was produced, mixed, and mastered by Grammy award winning producer Kelvin Wooten. Shortly after the release and promotional travel for the album Boniechia ventured into the world of theatre where she attended Calhoun community college with Theatre as her major.
During her first semester she landed a lead role in a Shakespeare Production entitled "The Twelfth Night" to play The Countess Olivia. She received rave reviews from the professors, radio personalities, and news reporters that attended the show. She has performed in numerous theater productions in the Huntsville Al. and surrounding areas. Boniechia recently landed a role as a doctor in the DemiTv network series "Black Shero." Which launched in March 2023.
Boniechia is also a singer/ songwriter. In 2018 she released the single "It ain't over." Which was nominated for "song of the year" at The Steeple awards in Atlanta Georgia.
