Biography

David Christian Stiver was born August 22, 1981 in Arkansas City, KS. His father Michael Stiver worked for the railroad which required frequent moves throughout the Midwest. David attended elementary school in multiple locations including: Peabody, KS, Heston, KS, Paola, KS and Cary Grove, IL. David's tenure in Cary Grove was where his interest in acting really started to show itself. After his freshman year in Cary Grove, David's father was relocated to Texas where David pursued football, baseball and track as his athletic passions which he continued football and baseball into his college years at Sterling College.

During college, David attended many of the schools play productions which furthered his interest in acting as well. However, that was to be put on the back burner for nearly 2 decades. Upon graduating college, the economic environment required David to enter into the workforce where he began his career working for an appraisal management company which he soon outgrew and landed a job as a mortgage loan officer where he continued for nearly 10 years until 2016. It was then that David decided to transition into technology where he obtained his Salesforce Admin Certification through self-study.

When Covid struck and the world went into isolation, David began to research more into acting and as Covid was nearing the end of it's peak he decided to attend an acting and modeling boot camp through Excel Academy in Little Rock, AR. What really propelled David to start looking into these courses was due to several factors, including his childhood passion had not died but mearly went dorment for a while, his daughter started showing signs of a desire to be on stage and David's desire to get out and experience society once again after the Covid isolation period. After completing this course, David attended the UAS showcase and has since started finding roles himself and has continued to develop and nurture his acting while trying to become more established within the industry.

David has since played some roles as background, some supporting roles in some student films (one that may become a episodic series) and a few online commercials. He is continuing to study acting as well through additional educational facilities and is continuing to audition for more roles moving forward.
