Coulier plays Dave, “a beloved pediatrician who uses humor and compassion to care for his patients and for the diverse and eccentric ensemble of co-workers at a struggling Detroit hospital.”

Candace Cameron Bure has denied a former castmate’s accusation that she tried to remove the “Glamorous” star from her role on Netflix’s “Fuller House.”
“’Fuller House’ has always welcomed a wide range of characters,” Bure said in a statement to TheWrap. “I thought Miss Benny did a great job as ‘Casey’ on the show. We didn’t share any scenes together, so we didn’t get a chance to talk much while filming on set. I wish Miss Benny only the best.”
In a TikTok video posted on Thursday, Miss Benny recounted a time when she was told that Casey — the show’s first openly gay character — was at risk of being removed because “one of the Tanner sisters” was “very publicly ‘not for the girls.’”

Candace Cameron Bure, known for her role as D.J. Tanner on Full House, spoke out about cancel culture after her comments on “traditional marriages” stir a major backlash.
Last year, Bure took the position of chief creative officer for the Great American Family cable channel, where she will produce her own titles under the “Candace Cameron Bure Presents” banner, leaving the Hallmark Channel where she had previously worked.
Bure said in a Wall Street Journal interview, these movies will focus on keeping “traditional marriage at the core” and promoting “faith programming and good family entertainment.”
This take on Christmas movies goes against the slowly-growing diversity of Hallmark’s newest movies.
Last year, Hallmark produced its first same-sex couple Christmas movie and plans to continue doing so.
In response to Bure’s comment, several stars decided to leave the network, such as Neal Bledsoe.

Since she was six years old, Candace Cameron Bure has been acting. Best known for her role as D.J. Tanner on all 193 episodes of “Full House” and, later, all 76 episodes of “Fuller House,” it’s no surprise that she feels so at home on a TV set.
Still, she wanted to do more. She took a break after meeting her husband, Valeri Bure, at 18; they got married two years later and then she spent 10 years focusing on becoming a mom and raising their three children. Then, as she says, she re-entered the entertainment world “with a vengeance.” And it wasn’t easy.
Over the next 16 years, she not only became a business woman — she’s written 11 books, launched her own clothing line with QVC, partnered with Dr. Lancer Skincare and Christian gifts company DaySpring — she also continues to star in TV shows and movies.

They were Tiger Beat gorgeous - all of them - but they had the ambition and skills to stick around and not fade into obscurity.
It's hard to believe how many amazing stars popped up over the decade, and still pop up on our televisions today!

Zack Morris had cool hair, a cool cell phone, and a killer band (Zack Attack Forever)! He's never left TV, moving from Bayside to NYPD Blue to Franklin & Bash, and now crushing it as the aformentioned Mike Lawrence on Pitch.

Candace Cameron Bure, Andrea Barber, and Jodie Sweetin were all smiles while arriving together for the Teen Choice Awards in La on Sunday. The actresses, who reprised their iconic TV roles for the Netflix reboot Fuller House last year, hit the red carpet and posed for photos in flirty dresses (and for Candace, a jumpsuit) and high heels. Fuller House picked up the award for choice TV comedy, while Candace nabbed a nod for choice TV actress in a comedy, thanks to her performance as DJ Tanner. The trio is already back at work filming the show's second season, and have been sharing fun photos from the set. Jodie Sweetin has been in our lives for years now, thanks to her starring role as Stephanie Tanner on Full House, the show's neverending reruns, and now with the return of Fuller House. While it's hard to imagine her as anything but the hilarious little girl on the beloved show, Jodie is definitely a grown woman, and a family one at that. The actress is mom to two daughters, Beatrix and Zoie, from previous relationships, and they couldn't be any cuter if they tried. She frequently posts photos of their daily adventures on Instagram, giving her lifelong fans a sweet glimpse into her life. Jodie will also expand her family in the near future, as she recently became engaged to her boyfriend, Justin Hodak. Keep reading to see her cutest family moments, then check out Candace Cameron Bure (aka DJ Tanner) and her picture-perfect brood.

In the trailer, see how DJ Tanner-Fuller (Cameron Bure) gets the help from sister Stephanie (Sweetin) and best friend Kimmy Gibbler (Barber) and how the series gets things setup. "Dancing With the Stars" has been a "Full House" before, but it's about to get "Fuller" in the spring 2016 season. According to Us Weekly, Jodie Sweetin, aka Stephanie Tanner, has signed on for DWTS Season 22. Sweetin will next be seen in "Fuller House," which starts streaming on Netflix February 26. DWTS Season 22 premieres Monday, March 21 on ABC.
An insider gave Us Weekly the scoop on Jodie Sweetin's inclusion in the new dancing season, adding, "John Stamos and Lori Loughlin have turned down the show." Stamos probably turns the show down every year, but if Jodie said yes, then she is striking while the "Fuller House" iron is hot. She's also following in the footsteps of Candace Cameron Bure (DJ Tanner), who danced to third place on DWTS Season 18 in 2014.Speaking of Candace and Jodie, a few months ago it was confirmed that DWTS pros Maks and Val Chmerkovskiy would be...

Full House exists in the same nostalgia bubble as Saved by the Bell and The Brady Bunch for me: I wouldn't call myself a superfan or even a fan, but I have definitely seen every episode. So they did something right. In these new stills from Fuller House, the Netflix series reuniting us with DJ Tanner (Candace Cameron), Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin), Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), and in recurring roles Danny Tanner (Bob Saget), Uncle Jesse (John Stamos), Joey Gladstone (Dave Coulier), and Aunt Becky (Lori Laughlin), we see that everybody grew up to be wheaten-haired and well-dressed. I will tune into this surreal 13-episode smilethon. Now, our questions: 1) Is the show secretly all about Kimmy? Everyone's looking at her in these photos expectantly. "Charm us, Kimmy," they beg. I feel like she will. 2) Is it wrong that I don't miss the presence of Michelle at all? We have these...

Have you gotten your fill of Fuller House news yet? No? Good. And this is good news we have to share. The Full House sequel series won't be as depressing. The original premise of the show found Candace Cameron Bure's DJ Tanner-Fuller widowed and expecting her third child, much like how Full House began. But now the show is going even closer to the origins of the show and DJ will already be a mom of three. There's no bun in the oven. "We didn't start it off quite so heavy so some more time has passed than they originally intended," Cameron Bure told The Hollywood Reporter. Does this mean that it's going to be Ok for DJ to jump back into the arms of Steve (Scott Weinger)? Yes, Steve lives!...
