Image Entertainment, an Rlj Entertainment (Nasdaq: Rlje) brand, announces the release of the supernatural thriller Aberration on DVD on Sept. 17, 2013. Directed by Douglas Elford-Argent, the film stars Gwendolyn Garver, Kristian Capalik, Cal Thomas, Bobbi Jean Basche and James Symington. Aberration will be available on DVD at an Srp of $27.97.

Aberration will release on DVD and video-on-demand formats September 17th. And now, the film's official DVD artwork is here. In the story, Christy (Gwendolyn Garver) is a young woman torn between two worlds: the living and the dead. Tied to the paranormal, Christy begins to see strange visions and a young boy hounds her waking moments. Now, Christy will have to uncover a mystery that haunts her, before her reality is lost forever. The DVD artwork, for the film, shows that terrifying little boy. Ruthless Pictures has picked up North American rights to teen horror film Aberration. Director Douglas Elford-Argent, who recently directed The Brazen Bull starring Michael Madsen and Rachel Hunter, created an elegantly shot film with a dose of teeth-grinding suspense.

Troubled teenager Christy Dawson is a conduit between the worlds of the living and the dead. Unable to control or understand her ghostly visions, she's increasingly witness to disturbing glimpses into the future. Someone is killing everyone around her, and she's running out of people she can trust. Can Christy uncover the truth behind a decades-old mystery before ending up the next victim?...

On Saturday, June 25, the Second Annual Dead Flesh Feast Horror Film Festival will descend upon Los Angeles. Attendees will be treated to a full menu of feature films and shorts as well as actor and director panels and even a Corey Feldman appearance! Add to this a Goth comedian and a horror-themed game show, and you have yourself a full day of horrific entertainment.
