- John Faster, better known as Big Left, is an American rapper. Born is born in Queens, New York, Faster was influenced at young age to make music by his father (John Faster) and uncle (Vic Faster) who were both singers and musicians. After taking a liking to hip-hop, he released his first EP in 2002 called Who's Left?.
In 2004, Faster became an original member of the rap super-group La Coka Nostra, joined by Daniel O'Connor (Danny Boy O'Connor), George Carroll (Slaine), and Leor Dimant (DJ Lethal). They released a three-track demo on MySpace and went viral. After which, rappers William Braunstein (Ill Bill), and Erik Schrody (Everlast) joined. Faster maintained his activities with the group until 2008. Faster was also part of the group Underground Professionalz, which released the mixtape Underground Professionals Vol. 1 (2007). Also during this time, Faster released his first album World War Three (2007).
Moving forward Faster released two more albums, Walking Dead (2012) and Slaughter Of The Innocents (2021). Furthermore, he worked on projects with a large array of artists which includes Snoop Dogg, Sen D.O.G., Tragedy Khadafi, Danny Diablo, etc.
In 2021, Faster joined Billy NoJokes, Aztek The Barfly, and Frankie Fadeless. Together they form the group Masamoon and released the singles "Call Em out", "Shadow Soldier", "Wasabi Wolf", and "Shook Me".- IMDb Mini Biography By: Masamoon bio
