- Actor
Scott Reyns is an LA-trained voice actor based in San Francisco, a native of the Bay Area and of Russo-Germanic, Romanian and Irish descent. He spent his youth active across the liberal and performing arts, often tinkering with technology, the son of parents with backgrounds in Electronics, Engineering and Physics. Scott attended San Jose State University studying Graphic Design and Illustration while active as an industrial rock musician (singer / songwriter) under the band moniker Stormdrain, entering the workforce as a Web Designer and Developer during the tail-end of the dot-com boom. While laying the foundations of a career in Marketing and Advertising, he got a chance to study for some time under Taylor Korobow of The Voice Factory, and booked his first job as the role of "Kilik" in the video game Soul Calibur 2 shortly after cutting his first demo.
Fast-forward to today, rolling full-time out of his home studio, Scott is a regularly working actor who has voiced hundreds of projects across formats. His regular corporate narration clients have included some of the world's largest technology brands. On the commercial front you'll hear him voicing spots in areas like financial services, health care, automobiles and fast food. He's helped action and drama channels do things like bring edgy promos to expanded English-language markets, and in doing character work he's played knights, cyborgs, cowboys, animals and more.
