Dan Cade has extensive training as an actor, martial artist and gymnast. Dan began his career playing Galeotto Schlafentus in the Canal Plus/Netflix TV series, Borgia produced by Tom Fontana and Barry Levinson. Dan then went on to play Handsome Jim in Ridley and Tony Scott's World Without End, the TV adaption of Ken Follet's novel, Sinbad for the BBC/Sky and many other television and film productions.
On television, Dan began to make more of an impact in series regular roles in Legends for TNT alongside Sean Bean and AD The Bible Continues and Emerald City, both for NBC. More high profile productions followed including Carnival Row for Amazon and Netflix's Van Helsing where Dan played the leading vampire hunter, Roberto in Season 5.
Dan was then cast to play the recurring role of "Willson", a US state trooper searching for clues to solves the crimes in the highly critically acclaimed, award winning series, True Detective: Night Country for HBO. Dan shared the screen opposite the Oscar winning actress Jodie Foster. Dan was then cast to work alongside two more Oscar winning actors, Russell Crowe and Rami Malek in the movie Nuremberg, due to be released in 2025. Dan plays Corporal Jones and appears throughout the movie.
