His wife, Stefania Bronzoni, is a translator of Italian/English. They
met at a Star Trek convention in Italy in 2004, and were married in
late April 2005 at the former Doe Run Inn (closed in 2011) in Brandenburg, Kentucky, 30 miles southwest of
Horan's hometown.
