Was chosen to sing before the opening of the AFL (Australian Football League) Grand Final in 1997

Colleen was asked to be a judge in season 2 of the Australian Idol competition but turned it down because she would be away from her family for up to 6 months.

Her first big hit was the #1 single - 'Day By Day' from the Godspell musical released in November of 1971 it went Gold and has sold over 50,000 copies. 9 years later in March of 1980 she released her second #1 hit 'Dreaming My Dreams With You'. In her 20+ years in the music/television/film and theatre industries she has had over 10 hits and recorded 7 albums.

Starring in the 2006 arena production of "The Boy From Oz". She plays Marion Woolnough, Peter Allen's (played by Hugh Jackman) mother. (August 2006)

Colleen is currently living in the exclusive suburb of Toorak in Melbourne, Australia and she occasionally visits her holiday home in Fiji. (January 2004)
