Josh Powell will not be buried in the same cemetery where his two sons were laid to rest, according to his mother. "We have tried so hard to be loving and considerate and respectful in making Josh's burial arrangements. Terrica Powell faces family woes that few others have to endure. And now Josh Powell's mother is lending her support to her son as he fights to regain custody of his boys - Charlie, 6, and Braden, 4 - after they were removed from the home Josh and the youngsters shared with Josh's father, Steven Powell, who was arrested Sept. 22.
