A very popular matinee idol who is one of the most handsome actors in Philippine showbiz.

He is the youngest of three children. His eldest brother, Pichon, is a commercial model while his older sister, Francesca (or Cheska), is a popular actress who usually dabbles in villainess roles because of her sharp features and is one of the more beautiful faces in Philippine showbiz.

He is half-Spanish.

At the age of 6, he got his gymnast training at the Lucero's gymnastic school in Pasig named Club Gymnastica. He was an all around gold medalist in the beginners gymnastic, bagging all the top medals in all events (includes among others, the bars, floor exercise, pommel horse, the ring). When he stopped gymnastics at 13 due to schooling, he has won a total of 17 trophies & medals from various competitions.
