Brunette supporting actress, discovered by the director Erich von Stroheim and utilised in a string of silent melodramas. She also made a number of short films for Mack Sennett at Keystone and later worked as a contract player for Metro/MGM and Universal in the 20's, often in servile roles. Fuller stuck around free-lancing during the first half of the 1930's, albeit in parts of ever decreasing quality.

She has appeared in five films that have been selected for the National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically or aesthetically" significant: Foolish Wives (1922), Greed (1924), Ben-Hur: A Tale of the Christ (1925), The Wedding March (1928) and Twentieth Century (1934).
