Aimée Patricia Flaherty was born in Philadelphia, PA and grew up in Chester, NJ. While studying Psychology at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Aimée discovered her love for filmmaking after working on a friends short film. She went on to study film at Emerson College in Boston and FAMU in the Czech Republic. Upon graduation Aimée relocated to Los Angeles in 1998.
