René Fauchois was born on 31 August 1882 in Rouen, France. He was a writer and actor, known for Let's Go Up the Champs-Élysées (1938), Mlle. Desiree (1942) and Boudu Saved from Drowning (1932). He was married to Camille Jourlait, Lucie Caffaret and Odette Lévi. He died on 10 February 1962 in Paris, France.
