Biography

During Season 37 of The Price is Right (1972) Richard Dipirro replaced Bart as Director. Bart's last episode aired on March 2, 2009 in his original run as director. The Price is Right (1972) brought him back for an additional run as director for the 2014, 2015, and 2016 seasons.

Bart was promoted from Associate Director to Director during Season 29 on The Price is Right (1972) taking over for longtime Goodson-Toodman staffer Paul Alter.

Bart started working on The Price is Right (1972) in 1976 on the production staff, and was promoted through a variety of jobs, including stage manager, music supervisor, associate director, and director through his original run, which ended in 2009, a total of thirty-four straight years. Bart returned as director for three more years beginning in 2014 and ending in 2016, for a total of thirty-seven years working on the same show, including a four year break which ran from 2010 until his return in 2014.
