Hosted the syndicated country radio program, "Take Five For Country
Music" (later, "Goody's Presents Ralph Emery"), a program where Emery
interviewed established and up-and-coming country performers and played
their hit records.
Has one hit country single to his credit, according to Billboard
magazine's country singles chart -- 1961's "Hello Fool," a recitation
and spoof of Faron Young's smash hit, "Hello Walls."
