Biography

Ken Elston is an actor, writer and director. He administrates a university unit for stage and screen studies as the Director of George Mason University's School of Theater, where he also teaches acting and directing with a specialty in movement for the stage (including combat and clown). Born in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, his own career has included stage and screen credits internationally. As an expert in the Stanislavsky System of acting and directing, Ken Elston has been a guest at various theater schools in China, including the Beijing Film Academy, Shanghai Theater Academy, and the Nanjing University School of Liberal Arts, where he has led workshops and directed.Work with Independent filmmakers has included work with Patrick Wright and Gregg Bordowitz.
