Elliott started his career with legendary independent producer Roger Corman. He left Corman in 1995 to found Capital Arts Entertainment which has been an industry leader for twenty-five years, with offices in Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Vancouver. Elliott is a member of the Directors Guild of America, the Directors Guild of Canada, and the Writers Guild of America. He lives with his family in Los Angeles, California.
