Hosted by Dolly Parton alongside co-hosts Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett, the 57th Academy of Country Music Awards was a two-hour concert event livestreamed globally on Prime Video tonight from Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
One of the highlights of the show was industry veteran Miranda Lambert receiving the Entertainer of the Year award. What’s so special about this win in particular is that it qualifies her for the coveted Triple Crown Award. Her two wins tonight bring her total ACM Awards count to 37, more than any artist in ACM Awards history.
Lainey Wilson led the night in total wins with three, followed by Lambert and Carly Pearce with two wins a piece.

At the 2022 Academy of Country Music Awards, Morgan Wallen took home Album of the Year while Miranda Lambert won Entertainer of the Year.
Meanwhile, Lainey Wilson and Carly Pearce were the only nominees to win more than once, with Pearce taking home Female Artist of the Year and sharing a win for Music Event of the Year, and Wilson winning the ACM awards for New Female Artist of the Year and Song of the Year.
Wallen won the ACM award for “Dangerous: The Double Album,” released in early 2021 just before his career took a hit after he was videotaped using the n-word during a late night drinking session with friends. That appeared to be on his mind when he thanked “those who showed me grace along the way” during his acceptance speech.

Brothers Osborne enlist Leslie Jordan for their new video for “I’m Not for Everyone.” The song appears on their third LP, Skeletons, which arrived in October.
In the Wes Edwards-directed clip, the Brothers Osborne perform in a bar. When the Maryland sibling duo introduces a new song, someone from the rowdy audience hurls a beer bottle at them. As they perform the song about being true to oneself in any situation, actor Leslie Jordan enters the honky tonk.

There are guys in country music who struggle to be funny, and then there’s Dierks Bentley. In his new video for “Gone,” the singer earns easygoing, natural laughs by gamely casting himself as doomed TV characters. He’s a Game of Thrones knight incinerated by a dragon, a MacGyver hero who snips the wrong time-bomb wire, and a Fabio pitchman blinded by perfume. He even does his best Dwight Schrute in an homage to The Office.
The clip also puts Bentley in his element: onstage with his band at his Nashville honky-tonk Whiskey Row.

It’s Maren Morris’ year. The country music artist scored the most Cma Awards nominations of any act this year, with six nods. Brothers Osborne are two behind her with four, and a whole bevy of musicians — including Luke Combs, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton and Kacey Musgraves, to handpick just a few — earned three apiece.
Morris is a finalist in the following categories: Single of the Year (“Girl”), Album of the Year (“Girl”), Song of the Year (“Girl”), Female Vocalist of the Year, Musical Event of the Year (“All My Favorite People”), and Music Video of the Year (“Girl”).
The highly coveted Entertainer of the Year trophy will go home with either Stapleton, Underwood, Garth Brooks, Eric Church, or Keith Urban. See all the nominees below.

Brothers Osborne reunite with directors Wes Edwards and Ryan Silver (“Ain’t My Fault,” “Shoot Me Straight”) for their video for “I Don’t Remember Me (Before You),” a dramatic vignette that tells a tale of addiction and struggle through the eyes of a bull-rider.

After casting “Donald Trump” as a bungling pawn-shop robber in their video for “It Ain’t My Fault,” Brothers Osborne once again poke fun at the President — or at least his pie-in-the-sky ideas — in the new clip for “Shoot Me Straight.” Vetting increasingly absurd treatments for their latest video, Tj and John Osborne burst into laughter when they’re presented with one titled “Space Force,” a nod to Trump’s proposal to add a new Star Wars-like branch to the military.

Dierks Bentley has only won three Academy of Country Music Awards since breaking onto the scene 15 years ago. One of those victories was for New Artist of the Year in 2004, and the other two were for Video of the Year for “Drunk on a Plane” (2015) and “Forever Country” (2017). He’s nominated again this year for “Black,” so can he win this prize for the third time in four years?
“Drunk on a Plane” was a comic video set on a raucous airliner where Bentley played both the pilot and a passenger on the party airliner. “Forever Country” was quite different, and he was far from alone: the video featured dozens of country artists performing a medley of “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” “On the Road Again” and “I Will Always Love You” in honor of the 50th anniversary of the Country Music Association Awards.
“Black” is a marked departure from both of those.

Chase Bryant's video for his debut single "Take It On Back" marks an exciting new chapter in the singer's life - but it's also a nod to his past. It's no coincidence the storyline of his first clip takes place on a train. The idea was inspired by his grandfather, musician Jimmy Bryant, who passed away from cancer when Chase was a kid. "My grandfather was super into trains," Bryant, 22, tells People. "He was fascinated by them and collected them his entire life. In fact, when he got really sick with cancer, for his last Christmas, my family and I...
